be returned within 7 working days; if this is not possible for reasons beyond
our control then you will be contacted immediately and asked for further
instructions.
Instructions will be acknowledged on the day of receipt.
Upon completion of the case, all paperwork will be returned to you for
destruction.

All statements to be in plain English and in the individual’s own words,
with no legal jargon.
