Work Profile

I have a number of years experience in both claimant and defendant personal injury claims.  The caseloads handled are of a varied nature i.e. slipping/tripping/RTA/manual handling.   The claims vary from the small claims track to multi track actions.   I can conduct a claim from the initial instruction through to settlement or trial. I have extensive experience of investigating claims, interviewing of witnesses, preparing witness statements, report writing, decision-making and the calculation of client’s losses.  I have working experience of both defendant and claimant actions and I am happy to conduct either a mixed or specialised role
