QUANTUM LEGAL SERVICES established to support Law Firms and to release their fees earners from time consuming statements to allow them to deal with matters that will progress claims more swiftly.  Our aim is to work hand in hand with Law Firms and achieve the same goal; that is to manage client’s expectations.

How will we do this?

Quantum Legal Services is focused on the client’s individual needs; we understand the need to be flexible to the demands of the individual client, to arrange an appointment to suit the client; including evening and weekends.

With over 20 years experience of personal injury claims we understand the need to be sympathetic to the clients needs; and to help understand the affects of being involved in an accident.

We adopt the cognitive approach to obtaining statements from clients to help them unlock their memories to ensure that a comprehensive statement is obtained with the aim of assisting you to maximise the client’s damages.

Court deadlines are of course at the forefront of each fee earners minds.  We aim to provide our customers with a completed statement within 7 days of receiving the initial instruction; subject to the client’s availability.  At anytime that we cannot meet this deadline the fee earner will be contacted for further instructions.

All statements will be fully compliant with the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 and the Data Protection Act.
